As a lot of you may know, I try to help my fellow neighbors in Prairie Heights to “time the market,” when it comes to resale vs. new construction. When you sell at the perfect time, your market value is higher and you are able to sell at a much quicker pace!
The condo resale market in Prairie Heights is still in great shape! Robson Homes, Inc., will not be building any new condos until possibly next year, maybe the year after. This is due to High Development wanting to fill in the remaining lots for single family homes, before opening up the next condo lots in Phase II of the development.
All in all, it’s a great time for ANY resale home to sell!! All of the 4 bedroom homes on Deere Creek (priced at $249.9k), are all sold or under contract. Robson Homes will be starting 2 more 4 bedroom homes as well as 4 more 3 bedroom homes on Olde Brandy Lane in the near future. The 3 bedroom homes will get a revamped kitchen as well as a better planned basement (Larger rec-room and a better placed 3rd bedroom in the basement). We are looking to start pricing on these new 3 bedroom homes at $214.9k. First homes expected to be completed and ready to move in, approximately December or later (depending on weather).
